About

SunDaze Music & Art Festival is the first of its kind on the East Coast. This multi-genre music and art festival will take place at Confederation Landing in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island from August 23- 24th.

SunDaze Fest is all about good vibes, good times and enjoying what’s left of summer on PEI. Artists announced include X-Ambassadors, T-Pain, Cheat Codes, Moon Taxi, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Two Hours Traffic, Reeny Smith, Skratch Bastid, and Dave Sampson!

Ticket Info

  • Where can I purchase my tickets?

    Tickets can be purchased at www.sundazefest.com, or onsite during the event at one of our box offices.

  • What are “Tier” tickets?

    Tiers are a way for us to differentiate ticket prices as they increase throughout the year, they are not different ticket types. It is also a way for us to manage ticket inventory. Tier 1 is always a better price than Tier 2 and Tier 3! Buy now!

  • Does SunDaze Music & Art Festival have VIP seating?

    Yes, There is a VIP experience ticket, specific VIP ticketing information can be found HERE.

  • Where is the VIP area located?

    The VIP area is located on the left-hand side of the Main Stage. More details coming soon!

  • Do you have a payment plan?

    No, with the weekend pass being priced affordably we don’t see this as being a real need for SunDaze Camping Music & Art Festival.

  • Where can you pick up wristbands prior to festival opening?

    You will receive an online ticket in PDF that you can print or scan right from your phone at the main gate.

  • Is there a place that I can leave a ticket for a friend?

    Yes – you can leave tickets at the on-site box office. 

  • I bought my ticket on kijiji – how do I check if it is valid?

    There is absolutely no way to check and we won’t attempt to try. Always purchase tickets directly from us, for your own safety and reassurance. 

  • Can I refund or exchange my tickets if I do not use them?

    No. No refunds or exchanges including, but not limited to, failure of performer(s) to appear, changes in performer(s), or cancellation due to inclement weather.

  • Does SunDaze Music & Art Festival have private part or corporate hosting opportunities?

    Yes. Email info@sundazefest.com and a representative will contact you. 

  • Does SunDaze Music & Art Festival process refunds?

    No. Under no circumstances are we able to process a refund. This performance is outdoors and subject to postponement, delay or cancellation due to inclement weather. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Performer line-ups are subject to change without notice.

Travel & Lodging

  • Where do I park?

    You can park around Downtown Charlottetown. There is no event parking.

  • Is there a pick up/ drop off area?

    Anywhere in Downtown Charlottetown (a very walkable city) can someone be dropped off. 

On Site Info

  • Am I allowed to bring a backpack or purse into the festival?

    Yes, but there are certain items that are NOT permitted and cannot be brought onto the SunDaze Festival grounds in a backpack or purse. SunDaze reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time. Currently, items NOT permitted include, but are not limited to:
    ●Framed Backpacks
    ●Large bags
    ●Other carry-ins
    ●Umbrellas
    ●Outside food or beverages
    ●Cans or glass bottles
    ●Alcohol
    ●Contraband
    ●Pets
    ●Video equipment
    ●Professional cameras
    ●Recording devices
    ●Laser pointers
    ●Skateboards
    ●Inline skates
    ●Kites
    ●Drones
    ●Frisbees
    ●Picnic baskets
    ●Weapons of any kind
    ●Go Pro’s & Selfie Sticks

  • What is allowed? (all items subject to inspection, prior to entry, at venue gates)
    ● Non framed backpacks (they will be subject to inspection at venue gates) ● Small purses (they will be subject to inspection at venue gates) ● 1 sealed bottle of water, 1L or less
  • Can I bring food or drink into the festival grounds?

    No. No outside food or beverages of any kind is allowed (unless a doctors note is provided). However, one sealed bottle of water, 1L or less will be permitted. Once inside the festival, you can purchase food and drink from a variety of vendors.

  • If I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

    If you have a doctor’s note or another form of dietary restriction identification you are able to bring a reasonable amount of food on-site; however, all items must be pre-packaged and sealed. We pride ourselves on having a variety of gluten free and dairy free options at the festival. If you have a specific dietary question, please email info@sundazefest.com.

  • Once inside, can I leave and return later?

    Yes, you may leave and return, but you must obtain a return wristband and it must be placed securely on your wrist for re-entry. You will also need to have a valid wristband for that particular day.

  • Can I sell my stuff in the parking lots?

    If not approved, absolutely not. If you are caught you will be asked to leave the area immediately.

  • If I am a volunteer, media, vendor or staff where do I check in?

    Check-in is located off of Prince Street in Charlottetown 

    Check-in is only open from 1pm – 5pm daily. No exceptions.

  • Can I bring a camera to the festival?

    No professional audio/ video recording devices are allowed. The SunDaze Music & Art Festival defines professional cameras to be anything with a removable lens. GoPRO’s are prohibited.

  • Can I bring a chair?

    No, standing room only in the General Admission area.

  • Can I bring in a prescription?

    Prescription medication is allowed in the original prescription bottle, any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed in – provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.

  • Where is the lost & found?

    During the festival, there will be an on-site lost and found area near the merchandise tent. 

    If you have lost an item after the festival or after hours of the event, please email info@sundazefest.com.

Accessibility

  • Is there an accessible viewing platform?

    Yes - details on location of this platform will be available soon. 

  • Do I need a special ticket to sit in the accessible area?

    Yes! Simply email info@sundazefest.com and a customer service representative will reach out to you within 48 hours to purchase. All accessible tickets must be purchased over the phone. If you have already bought a pass or someone else had bought you a General Admission pass, they can exchange that ticket to reflect an accessible ticket. If someone is sitting with you in the accessible platform or entering through VIP with you, you are able to purchase one (1), guest accessible pass.

  • Is the festival wheelchair accessible?

    The SunDaze Camping Music & Art Festival offers a wealth of services to our physically challenged guests to ensure a positive experience. Services include an accessible parking lot for those with the government issued parking passes (a parking fee is required), VIP entrance access, accessible washrooms, and an accessible viewing area that offers a premium view of the main stage. Space is limited and is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis with a special “Accessible” ticket type. If you are in need of seating in this area, please email info@sundazefest.com.

  • If I have an accessible parking pass provided to me by the government, do I still have to pay for parking?
    Yes, everyone has to pay for parking, but accessible parking is conveniently located closest to the festival grounds entrance on a first come , first serve basis. We will try to accommodate as best we can!
  • Can I bring my service animal with me?
    Yes. Service animals are allowed, but pets are not.
